Here’s the skinny on clearing your energy:
Throughout your day, you’re likely taking in various sources of energy, and not all are healthy. They could be positive, such as joy, inspiration, and motivation, but they are often times negative, such as fear, worry, and stress. This is why it’s so important that you take time to clear your energy. It’s going to reduce your stress and anxiety, ease your mind, and make you feel all sorts of wonderful.
I’ve recorded my favorite meditation when I need a good clearing. And as an added bonus, this is a great meditation to do when you’re trying to fall asleep. So effective, in fact, that I often fall asleep well before it’s done if I decide to lay down instead of sitting in a chair.
